Our home had water damage from a roof issue, and Trinity took the time to explain the difference between fixing the symptom and fixing the cause. They showed us where the roof failed, how water entered the structure, and why interior drying alone wouldn’t be enough. They repaired the roof properly and then addressed the interior damage.

We had a major water loss at my parents’ house that started from what seemed like a small, harmless leak. None of us realized how much damage it had already caused inside the walls and under the flooring. What impressed me most about Trinity was that they didn’t just rush in and start tearing things out. They took the time to walk my parents and me through how water actually travels, why moisture hides behind baseboards and under floors, and what can happen if it isn’t dried correctly. They showed us moisture readings, explained exactly what each piece of drying equipment was doing, and checked in daily so we always knew the progress. Once mitigation was complete, their in-house construction team handled all of the repairs, which made the entire process much smoother. The finished work looks exactly like it did before the damage—if not better. More than anything, we felt informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.

Discovered a water leak at 4AM caused by a cracked toilet tank in the upstairs hallway bathroom that flooded the floor, hallway carpet, and was dripping through the living room & kitchen ceilings. Though Jordan, Dustin, Stevie, and Cayden had been working since 7AM, they showed up at 6PM with smiles on their faces, a positive attitude, and a work ethic that is rare indeed. They worked tirelessly until 11:30PM cutting out the ceiling, installing dehumidifiers and fans. They pulled out carpet padding, baseboards, and took countless pictures and countless water measurements. It took 3-4 days for everything to dry out. I believe they staved off the mold. I was sitting at my computer in my office when a roof leak started dripping directly on my desk. Angela at Trinity was able to get me in touch with Aaron, who dispatched Jordan and Dustin out to my house ASAP. They had dehumidifiers and fans running, pulled out the ruined insulation, and tarped my house first thing in the morning. Their team guided me through the 'what to do' list and got me in touch with my insurance company. Their mitigation effort saved us from further damage and I'll be happy to get their roofing team out soon. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

So far, I have been VERY PLEASED with Trinity Services for my recent home repairs. Back on July 30th, we had a really bad rainstorm, and I incurred quite a bit of water damage to the ceilings in my kitchen, basement garage, and my master bedroom closet. The floor in my closet was soaked. JORDAN and DUSTIN were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond. They even took the time to help me remove everything from my closet, in order to prepare to have the carpet and padding pulled up. The fans and humidifiers they used looked new and well taken care of. It helped to dry up the water in just over 24 hours. It was important to me to have the water issue addressed quickly before it turned into mold. They were so courteous, respectful, and professional. KRIS was also super helpful as he took the time to carefully remove part of my guttering which was clogged up with debris and nails from when the roofers didn't clean up everything after they had installed my roof a couple of years ago. The manager, TOMMY, was also courteous and professional!! And, I couldn't leave out their absolutely FANTASTIC admin specialist, AARON. He worked hard to coordinate the efforts to get Jordan and Dustin to my house the same day!! I haven't had the repairs done yet. But I trust that the repairs will be as smooth and seamless as the mitigation portion. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Trinity Services to all my friends and family, and thus far, I would absolutely choose them again should the need arise! Thank you, Trinity Services team!!

This is my 2nd time using Trinity. I used them in the past for mold remediation and was very pleased. This time I had a complicated water issue with ceiling damage. Dale coordinated everyone we needed to take care of this. Everyone he sent out were quality professionals. Gilbert the roofer and Voss the plumber were great. I was in the middle of a burst pipe in my home with water gushing everywhere, and they came with equipment to help with the immediate cleanup and left six very powerful fans and the biggest dehumidifier I've ever seen.
