I am so thankful to have found Trinity Services. Aaron Wheeler answered the phone with politeness and professionalism. He was so sweet and helpful. I told him my situation and he put me through to Dale Baker. Dale, in my book, is an angel from God. He is a very compassionate gentleman that stands by his word. He truly cares. Lance Crabtree was so helpful and polite. All these gentlemen were so patient with me and understanding of my anxiety. I needed a roof replaced quickly and it not cost me an arm and a leg. Trinity Services did just that. I recommend this company. 10 out of 10 stars. I will absolutely be using them again in the future. I truly cannot say enough about this company.

My roof needed replacing down to the rafters; the ends had even rotted away. Trinity rebuilt everything, including the fascias and underboards, put on a black metal roof with matching gutters, and painted anything they had touched. My house looks brand new! (And they showed up when they said they would and hauled away every speck of trash, too.)

I had a serious water incident that flooded 2 levels in the house. Trinity was called as the plumber stopped the leak. A crew arrived within an hour and a half. Two hard-working young men cleaned for 4 1/2 hours and placed fans and a dehumidifier. Dustin came to the house multiple times over the next 10 days to check the dampness and adjust the equipment. Kris is working with the insurance adjuster to line up the reconstruction. Very pleased with the responsiveness and with the quality of the work and workers!

Some of the nicest people work for this company. My experience took longer than I anticipated after a burst pipe, but everyone that was involved was super nice. Cayden and another guy that came out several times a week in the beginning to measure moisture were very diligent in making sure the level got to where it needed to be. Ronnie and Voss worked tirelessly to get me back in my kitchen and did a great job. Nathan did a great job on the thresholds, and Mike helped with the caulking. Aaron was always kind and patient when I called every day to see when things were going to get started. Michelle is Wonder Woman. What else can I say about her? Kris got the ball rolling on everything, and at some point Michelle jumped in. I sincerely hope I haven’t left anyone out. If I have, I am sorry. There were so many people involved. In the end I have my kitchen back, and I LOVE my new floor! Thanks!!!

We discovered mold during a remodel and were understandably stressed. Trinity did a great job educating us without creating panic. They explained what mold needs to grow, why containment is critical, and how negative air pressure protects the rest of the house. They sealed the work area carefully and kept the jobsite clean throughout. Once remediation was complete, their in-house carpenters handled the repairs.

They showed us where the roof failed, how water entered the structure, and why interior drying alone wouldn’t be enough. They repaired the roof properly and then addressed the interior damage.

After a fire incident, I assumed cleanup would be straightforward. Trinity explained very quickly that fire damage is more than just what you can see. They talked through soot behavior, odor absorption, and why certain materials can’t simply be cleaned. I appreciated that they were honest about what could be restored versus what needed replacement. Their restoration team stabilized everything first, then their construction side rebuilt seamlessly.

We had a major water loss at my parents’ house that started from what seemed like a small, harmless leak. None of us realized how much damage it had already caused inside the walls and under the flooring. What impressed me most about Trinity was that they didn’t just rush in and start tearing things out. They took the time to walk my parents and me through how water actually travels, why moisture hides behind baseboards and under floors, and what can happen if it isn’t dried correctly. They showed us moisture readings, explained exactly what each piece of drying equipment was doing, and checked in daily so we always knew the progress. Once mitigation was complete, their in-house construction team handled all of the repairs, which made the entire process much smoother. The finished work looks exactly like it did before the damage—if not better. More than anything, we felt informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.

Discovered a water leak at 4AM caused by a cracked toilet tank in the upstairs hallway bathroom that flooded the floor, hallway carpet, and was dripping through the living room & kitchen ceilings. Though Jordan, Dustin, Stevie, and Cayden had been working since 7AM, they showed up at 6PM with smiles on their faces, a positive attitude, and a work ethic that is rare indeed. They worked tirelessly until 11:30PM cutting out the ceiling, installing dehumidifiers and fans. They pulled out carpet padding, baseboards, and took countless pictures and countless water measurements. It took 3-4 days for everything to dry out. I believe they staved off the mold. Many thanks for your patience answering my questions, your kindness, and understanding the trauma. We appreciate each of you.

It is refreshing to deal with a company that communicates immediately, gets the job done in a timely manner, and makes sure you are satisfied. All of the employees we had work on our job were very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. We felt well taken care of. The last person to leave the job was Lee Faw and he had to troubleshoot some pretty complicated issues. He did it quickly and with patience. It was much appreciated. I was sitting at my computer in my office when a roof leak started dripping directly on my desk. Angela at Trinity was able to get me in touch with Aaron, who dispatched Jordan and Dustin out to my house ASAP. They had dehumidifiers and fans running, pulled out the ruined insulation, and tarped my house first thing in the morning. Their team guided me through the 'what to do' list and got me in touch with my insurance company. Their mitigation effort saved us from further damage and I'll be happy to get their roofing team out soon. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

So far, I have been VERY PLEASED with Trinity Services for my recent home repairs. Back on July 30th, we had a really bad rainstorm, and I incurred quite a bit of water damage to the ceilings in my kitchen, basement garage, and my master bedroom closet. The floor in my closet was soaked. JORDAN and DUSTIN were FANTASTIC!! They went above and beyond. They even took the time to help me remove everything from my closet, in order to prepare to have the carpet and padding pulled up. The fans and humidifiers they used looked new and well taken care of. It helped to dry up the water in just over 24 hours. It was important to me to have the water issue addressed quickly before it turned into mold. They were so courteous, respectful, and professional. KRIS was also super helpful as he took the time to carefully remove part of my guttering which was clogged up with debris and nails from when the roofers didn't clean up everything after they had installed my roof a couple of years ago. The manager, TOMMY, was also courteous and professional!! And, I couldn't leave out their absolutely FANTASTIC admin specialist, AARON. He worked hard to coordinate the efforts to get Jordan and Dustin to my house the same day!! I haven't had the repairs done yet. But I trust that the repairs will be as smooth and seamless as the mitigation portion. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Trinity Services to all my friends and family, and thus far, I would absolutely choose them again should the need arise! Thank you, Trinity Services team!!
